Great Day

A reminder to send in your child’s Christmas shopping list. Please also send in a bag for your child to carry the presents home. Our class goes to the Christmas shopping at 8:40 so your child needs to arrive on time to school on Thursday.

In math today, we practiced counting to 80. We also played a partner game called Race to Rudolph. If you have time tonight, please ask your child to count by 2s to 80.

In language today,we chanted out this week’s word wall words and then read together a shared reading called What Bugs Do. We worked on learning the sounds of consonant blends. If you have time tonight please ask your child to read this week’s word wall words to you, tell you a sentence using the word did and then tell you the sounds these consonant blends make:  sp, br, str, gr.
